Information. Not advice.

The short version: this site describes how we work; an engagement letter governs how we work with you.

The site

This website is provided by DryDock Partners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17457723. By using it you accept these terms.

Information, not advice

Everything on this site is general information about how we work. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment or insolvency advice, and it is not a recommendation to act or refrain from acting. Nothing here creates an adviser–client relationship; that arises only under a signed engagement letter.

The Indie Media Fund

Descriptions of the Indie Media Fund are descriptions of a private funding programme arranged with banking partners. They are not an offer of securities, a financial promotion to the public, or an invitation to invest. Any facility is subject to credit approval, documentation and applicable law.

No warranties

We keep the site accurate and current but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free. Figures quoted from third parties carry the evidence grades stated with them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DryDock Partners Ltd accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on the content of this site.

Our content

Text, design and imagery are ours. Quote us with attribution. Concept imagery is generated to our own brief and labelled as such.

Engagements

The terms of any engagement — scope, fees, confidentiality, liability — are set out in the engagement letter, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
