IMF · Indie Media Fund · Closed network

Growth capital that never takes your agency away from you.

A closed funding programme for independent agencies: growth funding, publisher early-payment programmes and debt restructuring. Arranged with our banking partners, priced on your receivables rather than your covenants, and never in exchange for control.

02 · What it funds

Three things an independent cannot buy separately.

Independent agencies are profitable and illiquid at the same time: the billing cycle traps the cash, the bank prices the covenant, and the founder's exit waits for money that never arrives. The Indie Media Fund is built around those three facts.

01 · Growth funding

The cash your billing cycle traps, released.

Working-capital and growth facilities arranged through a closed banking network built for media businesses — priced on your advertiser receivables, non-recourse where the receivables allow it, and without personal guarantees. Funding that grows with your billings instead of your debt.

02 · Publisher early payment

Pay your publishers early. Improve your own terms.

Early-payment programmes for the publishers and media owners you buy from: committed demand and faster cash for them, better conditions and a supply chain that stops leaking margin for you. Structured and funded through the same rails.

03 · Debt restructuring

Legacy debt repaid. Securities released.

Facilities arranged in a different decade are replaced, restrictive arrangements removed and securities over the business released — so equity value and enterprise value become the same number again, and the exits and buy-ins that were waiting can be funded.

03 · How it works

Open books to a decision in ninety days.

Arranged and executed by DryDock Partners with its banking partners. Terms are shared in conversation, under NDA, not on a web page.

  1. Open books, both ways

Your audited numbers into our model; our conditions on the table. Ninety days, exclusivity on the conversation, and then a decision on the numbers.

  2. Structure

The facility, the early-payment programme or the debt reset designed against your receivables and your plan — inside the DryDock restructuring method, so the operating model can carry what the funding enables.

  3. Delivery, then the network

Funding arranged, executed and certified. Members join a closed network of independent agencies with shared referrals and infrastructure — access travels with membership, and ends with it.

Closed means closedAccess is by invitation or application. We work with a small number of agencies per market, and we say no more often than yes.

04 · Who it is for

Four tests. If you pass three, we should talk.

  • Independent, founder- or partner-led. No holding-company ownership; a management team that intends to stay that way.
  • A receivables base that can carry a facility. Recurring advertiser billings with insurable counterparties.
  • An ownership or growth question worth solving. A founder thinking about exit, a management team ready to buy in, an acquisition that needs funding, or debt sitting above the equity.
  • A client-first operating model — or the will to rebuild into one. The funding works with the restructuring, not instead of it.

05 · Request access

Seven fields. A partner reads every one.

Tell us who you are and what you need. A DryDock partner reviews each request personally. If there is a fit you will hear from us within five working days. If there is not, you will hear that too.

  • No decks in return. A conversation.
  • No terms published here. Terms in the room, under NDA.
  • No control. Ever. You keep your board, your votes and your name above the door.

What you need (choose any)

Received. A DryDock partner, not an inbox, reads this personally. You will hear from us within five working days either way.

Everything you send is treated as confidential and used only to assess fit. Never shared, never sold. It reaches the partners' mailbox and nowhere else, and is deleted on request.

The Indie Media Fund is a private, invitation-only funding programme arranged by DryDock Partners Ltd with its banking partners. It is not a collective investment scheme, and nothing on this page is an offer of securities, a financial promotion to the public, or investment, legal or tax advice. Any facility is subject to credit approval and documentation. Terms are shared in conversation, under NDA, with the agency's own advisers involved.
